Good morning class im Mr. T and today we are learning about elements compounds and molucules
I know nothing
I don't know much
I know a little
A element is a pure substance that is composed of a single type of atom it cannot be broken down into any other substances by chemichal or physical means like gold because gold is a element
ok I understand
A Molocule is a group of two or more atoms held together by chemical bonds the smallest unit of a compound that still retainsthe properties of that compound. A example of a molucule would be water and CO2 because water and CO2 are two atoms held together which is a moluucule as a compound and N2 is a example of a molucule as a element.
I get it to
Same heare I understand
I kinda get it
A compound is a pure substance composed of two or more different elements that are chemically bonded also H2O is a coumpound be cause two elements are combined.
I think that makes sense
I learned alot
I hope everyone learned a lot today about compounds, molecules, and elements.
