Dad I registered to work with the North West company.
why are you doing this to me son?
I'm very proud of you son!
Father should be here not me.
you ready to go Pierre?
EVERYONE WE HAVE TO GO NOW!
Why is this happening
Don't worry Pierre don't let him get to you.
What's wrong little LADY is pedaling too hard for ya!
I have decided to join the North West company as a way to help my family. Although, mom thinks it 's a bad idea ,because I could get hurt, but dad is actually quite proud of me.
The weather is getting bad.
I think we should stay here for the night.
A real man would never stop till the job is done, but fine we can stay here for the night!
Yes I agree it's getting cold.
I feels ashamed that all these happenings where all my fault ,and could have been prevented. One of my old class mate, Emile is also a voyageur in the North West company.
O.M.G I can't believe I made it all the way to the Grand Portage!!!
Guys is that the Grand Portage?!
Yes you scurvy rat.
Emile what are you looking at?
Ooo,and his got some muscles too!!
I am experiencing some difficulty in working with the voyagers, and being made fun of about being slow, and scared,I can't help it if he has never done any of this before ,but he is learning day by day.
Oh look daddy, here he comes
Yes sweetie, I see him too.
He looks quite different from when I last saw him.
HEY I'M HOME!!!
Oh, so the poor guy as a lady friend?
Maybe I should stay back home too,I do miss my family
We are now crossing Lake Superior, but the weather got cold ,so we decided to spend the night on dry land and wait till the weather gets better.
The only way I could tell that we were at the Grand Portage was ,because I saw Indians,American Indians ,I can't believe we made it the best part was I got to teach Beloit a lesson.
I chose to go back Lachine because, I missed home, but most of all, I missed my family, Celeste, and my friends too; and I'm just so happy to be back home where I blong plus it's much safer too. And maybe after sometime in school I'll travel on another voyage with the N.W.C.
