Good luck on your interview tomorrow! Be sure to pray before you enter the room, okay? We know that you can do it!
Thank you Pa, Ma. This is a step forward towards my dream of becoming a teacher. I won't disappoint you, I promise.
PALAWAN STATE UNIVERSITY
I will definitely do my best. If I fail here I don't know where I would go. This is my first and last shot, I must do this!
Hey don't cry. This is not the official interview yet, so dry your tears, okay?
It's okay, you can do it. You may now proceed on the real interviewer, goodluck!
I'm sorry Ma'am, I was just nervous and excited to answer that question because I really anticipated to be asked why I wanted to be a Filipino teacher.
The result of the Palawan State University's entrance exam was announced and fortunately I passed. However, I first need to pass the interview before I become an official student of the university.
Thank you very much Ma'am.
I can really see that you are very determined to be a teacher. And if ever you will pass this interview I believe that you will be a very good educator.
On the day of the interview, I woke up late because I constructed answers on the possible questions that might be asked. By then, tension and excitement rushed through me as I saw the other interviewees waiting to enter the room.
Congratulations, you are rank two among all the other examinees. You may now enroll.
Really?! Thank you very much.
After 5 hours of waiting I was finally able to enter the room. I was greatly excited and nervous to answer every question. That is why, when the teacher assigned in registration asked me why I wanted to become a Filipino teacher, the nervousness and excitement overwhelmed me and tears started to fell from my eyes.
I am the rank two! Thank you for all the support that you gave. I promise to do even greater things on my college years.
The time had come for me to get interviewed. And it fortunately went well, because all of my nervousness went away after I cried earlier. Although that is embarrassing it somehow prepared me to face the real task. And I received positive feedback from my interviewer and that made me very happy.
The day of announcing the result finally came. I was very nervous while waiting because some of the students said that they failed or that they need to wait for vacant slots before they could enroll, And when I received the paper that tells if I failed or passed, happiness filled my heart.
As soon as I arrived at our house, I told my family that I ranked second on the whole Bachelor of Secondary Education freshmen examinees. And I really saw how happy and proud they were that I got to be accepted to the dream course that I really hoped and prayed for. All of their effort and support really paid off. And I am very thankful for that.
We knew that you could definitely pass! We can assure you that our support for you will always be 100%, just continue to do your best.
