Storyboard Text

  • The king of crete waged war against Athens. So the king of Athens wanted to make peace. He told the king of Crete that he would send seven little girls and seven little boys to be eaten by the minotaur the king of Crete's pet.
  • The prince of Thens Theseus was among the first to go. He sailed to Crete with hopes of killing the Minotaur
  • While he staying in the castle waiting to be thrown into the labyrinth (the maze that housed the minotaur. He got a message from princess Ariadne, saying that if Theseus helped her escape she would help him kill the minotaur so he went outside and made a deal with Ariadne.
  • Then it was time to go into the labyrinth to be eaten by the minotaur he used a line of string so he could find his way back to the entrance where the rest of the children where waiting.
  • Soon Theseus found the Minotaur and killed him with the sword Ariadne had given him. Then he sailed home.
  • They madrone stop for supplies and Ariadne got off the boat and took a nap soon the ship left without her and she lay napping with the people of the island admiring her. Theseus returned home to his father and all was well.
