  • Odysseus Warns His Crew
  • I know, I have an idea!
  • Oh no!! Look we are coming to the Sirens.
  • Ahhh! What should we do?
  • The Crew Goes through the Sirens
  • Let me go!!! Their music is too beautiful...
  • No!! We can't let you go. We must tighten your rope.
  • Odysseus Congratulates His Men
  • Good job everyone for doing their part! Congratulations!
  • Hooray!!
  • Odysseus and his crew sailed into a group of Sirens. Odysseus remembers what Circe had said about them - they sing songs to make you come with them.
  • Odysseus Encourages His Crew
  • We are about to face our next challenge: Scylla and Charybdis, a huge monster and a massive whirlpool!
  • Odysseus tells his crew to tie him up to the mast and if he yells for help, they must tighten up his rope. As for the crew, they must put wax in their ears to block out the Siren's music.
  • Going Through Charbydis
  • Odysseus and his crew successfully make it from the Sirens alive. Odysseus congratulates his crew and tells them about their next challenge.
  • Scylla Eats the Men
  • Throughout the Odyssey, Odysseus has grown as a leader, which is shown before he and his men encounter Scylla and Charybdis. He encourages them as they go on their journey and that they have done harder things before.
  • Don't be frightened, though, we have faced much worse challenges before!
  • Odysseus and his crew travel through Charybdis, being very careful not to lose their boat or any of the crew members.
  • The men travel by Scylla, but she grabs and eats a couple of the men, gobbling them up whole.
