Shortly after, King Louis the XVI was put in power
After the 3 Estates was created, the third estate (the commoners) felt it was wrong that the other two estates could outvote them, being that they represent 92% of France. They asked the king for more power and he said no, so they decided to make their own decisions without the help of the king and the other Estates.
After all the things King Louis XVI have done, people were starting to get fed up
The Prison "Bastille" was raided by the commoners. They intended to free the prisoners and find weaponry and such.
