  • DIFFUSION: Before different culture's food spread to America, people ate corn and crops that we grew on our own.
  • ASSIMILATION: A stronger culture group like the British replaces the weaker culture as in the Natives. The Natives adapt to the other culture.
  • ACCULTURATION: the American girl eats pasta from Italy and the Italian wear clothes from America.
