  • it's good to have half your plate fruits and veggies or even protein
  • Avoid extra fat , using extra heavy gravey or sauces that'll add fat.
  • always or try to have at least 3 cups of low-fat or fat free milk everyday
  • Add protein such as beef, pork, bean, etc to your meal.
  • satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way
  • lets go somewhere else, probably the living room or my room.
  • if you don't like milk, try soy-milk as you're drinking or have yougurt
  • include whole grands , always look for 100% grains or whole grains
  • Everything you eat and drink matter!
  • always take control of what you're eating, try new foods
