- My name is Nobody.
- What is your name?
- scene: Odysseus and his men had just arrived on the cyclops island. They then entered his cave and began walking when they heard a noise.
- The cyclops known as Polyphemus started to eat Odysseus men and he couldn't do anything about it. Odysseus started thinking, conjuring an escape plan.
- This where Odysseus plan starts with the name ¨Nobody¨. Odysseus and his men knew that the cyclops Polyphemus had his brothers in the cave as well so Odysseus knew that when it was time to call for Polyphemus to call for help his brothers wouldn't pay attention because the name he's going to say.
- My name is Odysseus.
- Odysseus and his men start the plan as they ram the stake into polyphemus eye and blind him, preparing for the next step in their escape plan. They go to the sheep knowing soon that Polyphemus is going to let them out, Odysseus and his men all cling onto a sheep and wait for Polyphemus to let them out.
- Even though Polyphemus is practically blind now that is not going to stop him from letting his sheep out which is the outcome that Odysseus and his men were hoping for.
- After Odysseus said that they got on their ship and proceeded to leave. One thing set them back though and that was Odysseus taunting Polyphemus...To be continued.
