- Joanne is starting to prepare for her trip to Croatia, which recently reopened since the Covid-19 pandemic. A meticulous planner, she is starting the long process of creating her itinerary, researching a list of what she will need for each destination, and correlating the information to each of her items on her itinerary.

- Joanne isn't sure what she needs to bring in order to be safe on her trip. She runs into lots of conflicting information about the requirements for entering Croatia and the different airlines while doing her research. She starts to get frustrated and worried before her trip has even begun.

- Rather than spend more time being frustrated, Joanne opens her TripCheck App, which provides her information from primary sources.
