- For 12 Years, Grendel terrorized Herot.
- I WILL KILL THEM ALL!
- The evil monster Grendel hated the sounds of people joyfully
- Grendel's Wrath
- Grendel killed 30 men that night, carrying them home to feast on their bones. Later that night King Hrothgar closed the Mead Hall.
- I will cross the Whale Road, to help Hrothgar. I will bring 16 of the fiercest Geatland Soldiers.
- Beowulf and his 16 soldiers crossed Whale Road after two days on the ship. The trip was over.
- Beowulf and Grendel engage in some fierce combat. Beowulf and Grendel wrestle. The Geats attack Grendel with swords. The swords don't hurt him. Beowulf keeps pulling and wrestling until Grendel's arm gets torn away. Grendel struggles until he finally breathes his last breath.
- Beowulf is successful and Grendel walks away without an arm, slowly bleeding to death. Hrothgar is forever grateful to Beowulf for saving his kingdom and hangs Grendel's arm on the wall as a trophy to show he has beat him.
