The Fifteenth Amendment was proposed on February 26, 1869, and ratified on February 3, 1870. Section 1 of the 15 Amendment was the right of citizens of the United States to vote will not be denied by the race or color of a person. This Amendment was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson
The third amendment was ratified or voted for by three fourths of the states on December 15, 1791. This amendment said No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner. This Amendment was wrote by James Madison
The Thirteenth Amendment was proposed on January 31, 1865, and ratified on December 6, 1865. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. This Amendment was approved by Abraham Lincoln.
