The next phase is known as PMAT, Prophase, Metephase, Anaphase, and Telephase. These all lead up to then the cell will split.
Prophase is when the chromosomes get exposed, Metephase is when the chromosomes meet in the middle of the cell Anaphase is when the sister chromatids move away from each other, and Telephase is when the nuclear envelope reforms to prepare for cytokinesis.
Cytokinesis is the final stage of creating a new cell, this is when the cell physically splits in half creating an exact copy. That’s all for me, gotta split!
