You can also talk to a trusted adult or even your peers that you trust. You could even block the people bullying you to stop it quickly.
The guidance counsellor can give you contact numbers of many different help services and gives you good advice.
Around 50% of people cyber bullied in NZ are 18-19, and it should be much lower.

Now the two students have a happy social life now that they know that they have options of help when they need it. This means that their physical wellbeing is improved by their new self confidence. This also contributes to their mental wellbeing because they now have a positive mindset towards life. And finally their spiritual wellbeing is improved because they have good relationships with people around them now that they know that they are surrounded by lots of people that can help them in any way they need.
