  • This is important because it will help the employee find what the customer wants . The employee will normally ask if they need help finding something to determine this.

  • This is important because it is normally the customers first interaction with the product. The employee will need to present it in a positive way or else they risk putting the sale in jeopardy/
  • Relationship Building
  • Follow up and Create a Way to Maintain Contact
  • This is important because it helps close the sale. The employee will normally list the positives of the product to overcome the objection.
  • Closing the sale is important because the customers buys the product. This will be be like when the employee helps check out the customer or get their final word on a product. Suggesting selling is important because they could potentially earn more profit. This could be suggesting other similar product or products that the employee thinks the customer would like.
  • This is important because it'll keep the customer coming back. This an be asking for their email and/or phone number for future promotional sales.
