#$%@ MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU, AND YOU, AND YOU!! @&*%
this might just work!
Washington and his army are in bad shape. They don't have boots or winter clothes, and have yet to attack the british. It would take a miracle to even so much as make it through the winter and still have an army.
Washington and his men decide to steal boats as means of transportation across the Delaware. While the owner of these boats isn't to happy, all he can do is stand there and curse, also wishing each colonist a merry christmas.
Washington realises if his men cross at night and attack the Hessians on christmas night, they might have a chance of winning. This means that they could take the Hessians supplies which they sorely need.
The night of the crossing is a painfully slow process. Washington crosses early because he can't stand the stress.
They can't get everyone across in time, so they have to attack in broad daylight.
The Hessians surrender and washingtons army wins!
