  • HE ARRANGED A SIMPLE CLOSED CIRCUIT. It had a bulb battery and connecting wires.
  • Bro I just saw that when I put two batteries in circuit, the ammeter reading doubled . and when I removed 1 battery the ammeter reading halved

  • As he did not have enough batteries and an ammeter at home to conduct experiment, he went to a shop to buy them
  • So we can say that V(potential difference) is directly proportional to I(current)V IR is constant V=IR
  • after performing some experiments he made schematic diagram of the circuit and noted the observations and recorded them in graph

  • When potential difference in conductor increased, the current in the circuit also increased . And when potential difference decreased, the current also decreased
  • This lead to discovery of ohm's law
