Storyboard Text

  • Who is that!? And why would she talk to him that way?
  • Aphrodite! There is this woman in a village.....
  • I shall have to see of this for myself then.
  • A long time ago, in a small village in Greece, there was a beautiful woman named Anastasia. She was worshipped and envied by many for her beauty.
  • I am Aphrodite. The goddess of beauty and love.
  • Artemisia, a faithful servant and friend of Aphrodite... Was concerned about Anastasia's actions.
  • Take these seeds, and learn your lesson.
  • And so Artemesia went to Mount Olympus to tell Aphrodite of this.
  • Aphrodite went to the small village in Greece to visit Anastasia and tell her of her wrong doings.
  • You take advantage of your beauty, because you have never felt any love.
  • Aphrodite gave Anastasia seeds
  • Anastasia planted the seeds, then grew a rose. But she wept because the rose had very sharp thorns. Anastasia was a rose, but had thorns for her terrible pride. More roses spread and grew from this one. You can still see roses like Anastasia today.
