- Steve is getting ready for his trial.
- His trial is today. He up for the big one. I know how that feels.
- O'Brien his lawyer is telling him what is expected of this trial. Steve is worried and scared.
- Let me make sure you understand what's going on. Both you and this King character are oln trial for felony murder...
- James King walks in (the other person that was in the murder/robbery), the guards talk about how long the trial will be.
- Six days-maybe seven. It's a motion case. They go through the motions; then they lock them up.
- The judge walks in the court room. He doesn't seem too thrilled about this case.
- Prosecution ready?
- The judge is getting ready to start the case.
- Ready, Your Honor.
- Defense
- Ready.
- It starts off as Petrocelli saying James Kingś testimony, and what happened that day of the murder/robbery.
