- Hey i represent Missouri and we whant state hood.
- We still don’t know we have to discuss it. Because there are 11 slave states and 11 free states and we want to make it even.
- First of all I am going to make 2 amendments. The first one is to have NO slave importation and slavery would gradually be taken away.
