Edgar Allan Poe: The Raven Claw (storyboard)
This storyboard does not have a description.
Exposition: Meet Narrator, denies he has a disease, trying to prove he isn't mad, tells us a story.
The disease had sharpened my senses-not destroyed-not dulled them! How then, am I mad? Observe how healthily, how calmly, I can tell you the whole story.
1st Rising: Stalking old man, watching him sleep. Plotting the mans death.
Every night, at about midnight, I turned the latch of his door, and gently-oh, so gently! I put in a dark lantern, all, all closed, so that no light shone out, and thrust it in.
1st Climax: Killed old man, suffocated him.
With a loud yell, I threw open the lantern and leaped into the room. He shrieked once- once only. In an instant, I dragged him to the floor and pulled the heavy bed over him.
Falling Action :Rips the mans limbs off. He hides the man under the floor, calms down.
First of all I disembered the corpse. I cut off the head, the arms, and the legs. I then took up 3 planks from the flooring and deposited all between the scantlings.
2nd Rising: There's a knock at the door, police come due to complaint of noise. Man thinks he hears the old mans heart beat.
I felt myself getting pale and wished them gone. My head ached, and I fancied a in my ears.
2nd Climax: He confesses, tears the planks up and uncovers the old man fro under the floor.
Villains! Dissemble no more ! I admit the deed!-tear up the planks-here, here!-it is the beating of his hideous heart!
