Don't be afraid. Go to the blank space because Jesus has risen.
Please do as I say, wait at Jerusalem, and I shall give you all a gift.
Jesus has gotten arrested and had been beaten and whipped many times. They wanted to crucify Jesus, on a cross. Jesus had to carry the heavy, wooden cross up the large mountain. Jesus had dropped the cross three times and Simon was ordered to help him. As soon as the cross was on top of the mountain he as nailed to the cross for the sins of others, but not only was he nailed to the cross he also had to wear the crown of thorns. After Jesus died he had been placed in a tomb. Today this day is now named Good Friday.
I'm so confused! What did we just say???
Three days after Jesus' death he had rose. As two women were walking past Jesus' tomb, just as they went to lean down to pray they had realized Jesus had disappeared. All of a sudden an Angel had appeared and told the ladies that Jesus had not disappeared, he had risen. The Angel also told them where to meet him.
Don't Be afraid of Jesus, you have no idea on how nice he is. Jesus if a very kind man he is always helping everybody.
Forty days after Jesus had risen he had decided that he wanted to join his father, God in heaven. But before he went, Jesus wanted to talk to all of his disciples and believers. Jesus told all of his believers to wait back in Jerusalem so that he could give them all a very special gift
Ten days after all the Jesus believers prayed and waited patiently, suddenly a huge gust of wind game through the entrance of the building everybody's hair blew around and the windows rattled, everybody said something in a different language. They look around and everyone has fire above their heads, or I should say tongues of fire.
A crowd appeared, and each person came from a different Country from around the world. They came for the feast, but they were people that didn't believe in Jesus, then Peters tells the crowd about Jesus and God and how great they are.
I did not know that.
Peter had convinced the non believers to become a catholic, so later that day Peter had done an amazing job baptising over 3000 people. This day is now known as the Church's birthday
