  • In 1754, George Washington is attempting to calm things down and set boundaries for the French
  • Men, I am headed to Fort Duquense so we can find a way to have the French peacefully give us our land
  • In 1755 the British fought the French once more and lost the battle. It caused the French to take over Fort Duquense for three years.
  • This isn't over, in time we will have our revenge
  • We have bested your troops!! Accept that this fort is ours now!!!
  • September8t at Lake George, the British with the help of the Mohawk Indians (1,700 people) defeated the opposing french and Indian army (3,500). Two years later the Indians and French reclaimed the land as they attacked the fort forcing the British to surrender with over 2,3000 of their own captured.

  • This battle was a very easy victory for the British, they outnumbered the French by 2,200 to 110. As a result the British gained over 800,000 pounds of supplies from the Fort Frontenac
  • Finally, we get better supplies
  • Rulers of the North!!!
  • September 6th 1760, the final battle of the 7 Years War. This was yet another easy win for the British. The French are nearly broken down and can't put up much go a fight, the ratio of British to french is 18,000 to 2,100. It took three days for the French to surrender and give Montreal to the end the French rule of the North
  • We Lost!!
  • 1763 February 10th marks the day the Treaty of Paris was signed. It forced France to give up all of it's territory in North America and agree not to establish a military gave England dominant power.
