  • Hi, I'm Ray Bradbury. I wrote fantasy and horror stories. Here are a couple interesting facts about me: Truman Capote was a fan of my writing and I requested my ashes be sent to Mars in a soup can.

  • The definition of Science Fiction is fiction based on imagined future scientific or technological advances and major social or environmental changes, frequently portraying space or time travel and life on other planets.
  • UTOPIA: An imagined place or state of things in which everything is perfect.
  • DYSTOPIA: An imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that totalitarian or post-apocalyptic
  • Some well known examples of science fiction movies are: Aliens, Star Wars, The Terminator, Star Trek, Gravity, E.T., Mad Max, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
