So many people died in Pearl Harbor it was a tragedy.
Pearl Harbor is now a place where tourits love to come
If i didn't fight in the war i would love to see the attraction
On December the 7th 1941, just before 8 AM the Japanese did a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor (Honolulu, Hawaii). Hawaii is 2000 miles from the U.S and 4000 miles from Japan. The first wave of fighters came at 7:48 AM. Hawaii is between California and japan and it is part of the O'ahu Pacific islands.
When the war happened lots of civilians migrated to safer countries
During the war of Pearl Harbor 2,403 Americans and 129 Japanese died because of bombing aircrafts, torpedos, submarines, bombs, heavy and light cruiser, battle ships, guns and destroyers.
Challenges Pearl Harbor faced
I think that there would be lots of challenges when fighting in a war.
Because of the war that happened in Pearl Harbor it is now a big tourist attraction. Last year more than 1.5 million people visited Pearl Harbor to its see history.
perspectives of different groups
After the war lots of people had their different perspectives
Oh and what were their different perspectives
Lots and lots of civilians that lives in Honolulu, Hawaii migrated because it was too dangerous for their family's and for them selves. Lot of them migrated because of the killing that went on, people around them dying and how dangerous their homes were becoming.
It would have been a big challenge to get things prepared while the Japanese were shooting at Pearl Harbor. I would think that I would be hard to leave your homes while the war is starting and trying not get killed. While you are now living on your new country I would think that you would have flash backs and bad memories about the war.
The Japanese government and the U.S government had there own perspectives and they were, the Japanese government aimed to destroy the fleet and morale of the U.S navy, they also fought because they want to destroy all of Pearl Harbor weapons so they couldn't fight back. The U.S's perspective was that because of the war in Pearl Harbor that sent them into world war ll.
