  • I have to make sure I don't overbook.
  • Hannah identified scheduling/planning the activities she has to do everyday. 
  • Explain
  • Hannah everything is gonna be okay! 
  • Hannah searched ways to plan better, then she went to the store and bought herself a planner.
  • Assess
  • I feel great! No stress at all ever since I started planning.
  • Hannah sits down at the end of the day and writes down all the activities she needs to do the next day. (health-enhancing) But she makes sure to separate and save some activities so she does not overbook.(Risky behavior)
  • Reflect
  • I have done so well. I feel less stressed and happier. I have been able to get so much done because I plan out my days
  • Hannah's friends help her out with reminding her to write things down. They remind her to have clear expectations, and that she has support. (PF)  They also remind her to avoid stressful events, to not overbook herself because she will have difficult temperament (RF)
  • Hannah is starting to feel less stressed after weeks of continuously planning her days out.
  • Hannah sits down after a month and reflects on her behavior changes.
