Storyboard Text

  • Introduction
  • Plot
  • Conflict
  • In the village, Sleepy Hollow, lived a schoolmaster named Ichabod Crane. Even though he was a teacher, he spent most of his time in his class reading a book or thinking about lunch. He was true to his name for he did look a lot like a bird. With a long neck, skinny body, and his odd personality. He also greatly lacked in manners as literally all he thought of was food and how he looked.
  • Rising action
  • One day while ichabod was eating lunch, he spotted a beautiful girl named Katrina. Katrina Van Tassel was the only child of Mr. Van Tassel. Mr. Van Tassel was a very rich man who owned a large farm and big house. And Ichabod Crane, was set on marrying Katrina.
  • Climax
  • Later that day, Ichabod received an invitation to a party at the Van Tassel's house. He figured that that was how he was going to win Katrina and all her money. Later, he discovered that he wasn't the only person after her. A guy named Brom Bones and many others were also fixed on marrying Katrina.
  • Ending/Moral
  • After the main festivities, everyone was invited to tell ghost stories. And Ichabod, loved hearing scary stories stories. But he didn't know that he was about to get more than a ghost story. Brom Bones told a story about The Headless Horseman, and made Ichabod extremely frightened.
  • As Ichabod was heading home, it seemed that everything in the forest scared him. He kept thinking that the Headless Horseman was coming after him any second. And right after he got over that fear, the Headless Horseman came down the trail right after him!
  • Ichabod was nowhere to be seen after that, all that people saw was the horse that came back to the village, and Ichabod's hat, with a smashed pumpkin alongside it at the end of the forest. Brom Bones ended up marrying Katrina, and any mention of Ichabod Crane around Brom, made him for hours. The moral of the story is to be kind and not selfish or bad things will happen to you.
