  • Hi Class ! Today We are going to start off with a fun muscular endurance workout !! Trust me this will be a light stretch sorta workout. In the tablet below I have something called a House number Workout where Lets say your house number is 1105 thats perfect if its short like 112 or 11 repeat it until its 4 or 5 numbers long
  • 1: 10Squats 7: 7 Push-ups2:10 curl-ups 8: 30 sec plank3:10 sit-ups. 9: 10 lunges4:15 jumping jacks 5:10 mountain climbers6: 10 butt kickers
  • Ok so my First two numbers are 1 and 1 so I will do 2 sets of 10 squats
