- At the workplace
- Have you heard about the meeting for tomorrow? Apparently the management refuse to increase the wages
- Dineo Meet the workers
- Your request has not been grantes by management. As we spoke with the trade union, they decide to start a strike because is the only way we can deal with them
- During the meeting
- Yes we all agree because we can't carry on like this
- Rumours are already running in the mine industry, the employees are aware about the coming strike
- At the kitchen
- Dineo called a meeting will all the workers and gave them feedback from the management and what the Union suggest that workers should start the strike to deal with the management
- Dineo Meet with Mrs Loren
- Mrs Loren, we have decided to strike as our demand have been rejected
- All workers agree with Dineo and found the idea of starting strike good.
- At the General Manager Office
- Mr, I am concerned that we may lose the services of the employees wich may affect our output in the company
- The mine workers are angry that the management didn’t take in consideration their demand because some of them are living on poor conditions and their salaries are not enough to take care of their families.
- The Shop Steward goes back to management to give them 48hours notice of strike by employees as required by the law.
- Mrs Loren goes to the general manager office as she is worrying about the decision take by the union. She acknowledged the damages that the strike will cause.
- The cost of increase the wages is less than the lose of employees.
