- Yes I worked at Sweet Leaf in New Yor city.I worked there for 3 years and i became manager of my station after my first year.
- Have you worked as a Barista before? If so, how long have you worked there?
- I prepared drinks and welcomed customers, I cleaned up my station before and after work to ensure safety and quality.
- And what did you do there?
- We pay $15 an hour.
- What is the Hourly rate for the Barista position?
- No we do not. We only pay the amount of hours that you work.
- Do you pay overtime and holiday pay?
- In this cafe we let the staff pick and choose their hours all we ask is that if it should ever come up that if no staff members were not present we then assign hours which you expected to comply.
- What are the normal amount of hours that you allow at a time?
- No Problem we will call you back when we make a decision!
