The journey begins as the pilgrims set off to the new land.
They arrived to the new land In Massachusetts which is now known as Plymouth.
They started colonizing and established a community built around their own religious values.
But survival was becoming difficult for the settlers. About half of them died from disease, lack of shelter, or poor health from the voyage.
Some of them also died from starving times.
Because of their poor survivor skills, they got help from the Wampanoag Tribe. They taught the colonists farming, hunting, and fishing techniques.
In conclusion, the separatists got the religious freedom they wanted. And Plymouth turned out to be successful even through all the struggles and difficulties.
