  • Before touching food or cooking you have to wash your hands in warm water for 20 seconds then tie your hair up so no hair gets in the food.
  • Next put an apron on so the food does not get contaminated.
  • Take out all your ingredients then make the meatballs in a large bowl by adding 1 pound lean ground beef, bread crumbs, dried parsley, grated parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and a beaten egg.
  • Then mix well and form into 12 balls. Store, covered, in the refrigerator until needed.
  • In a large sause pan over medium heat, sauce onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent .
  • Remember to always put the fruit or vegetable your cutting flat down so it does not move and cut yourself. 
  • Remember to always cut with the knife faced opposite of you.
  • Remember before you use the oven to always take out pans.
  • Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar, and bay leaf. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, basil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and meatballs and simmer 30 minutes more.
  • If there is ever a Greece fire put baking soda on to stop it.
  • Now enjoy your Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs!!!!!
