Order in the Court! We are gathered hear today to charge Ella with theft
I charge Ella with theft and since she does not have the right to defend herself against the charge. She is guilty!
Actually in Article 10 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights it states "Everyone has rights to a fair and public hearing in front of judges in a court of law for any criminal charge against him." So I can defend myself.

So I was shopping at the mall and I had some clothes in my hand that I was going to pay for but hadn't yet. I walked to see a dress that I liked and I walked to close to the door so the siren went off. Security came in and told me I was going to court for theft. So as you can see I was not stealing.
That is a very convincing story. I say you are, Not Guilty! Case closed.
