  • Hello, this is Cloey speaking. Who is this?
  • Well okay, here's my name, card number, address,and date of birth. Alright, goodbye!
  • Oh, you're from the fraud department in my bank? You said you need to verify my account information because of some suspicious activity? How can I be sure this is secure? 
  • Later that day, she went into her office to review her credit card account.
  • SUSPICIOUS ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. CONTACT BANK FOR MORE INFORMATION
  • My credit card has been hacked! Oh no! I can't believe this happened!
  • Cloey went to the bank to speak with someone in person about her problem.
  • We can terminate your account and mail you a new card. I believe you have experienced financial identity theft.
  • I think my account has been hacked! Is there any way to fix this?!
  • The next day, Cloey went online and found ways to prevent identity theft again in the future.
