  • Why does it matter?
  • Hello everyone and welcome back to healthhelptoday. As you know I am Logan Turner and today we are going to be learning how to assess your health and fitness. This is going to help you realize if you a fit and healthy or not fit and unhealthy. Lets get started
  • Some workouts
  • This is a touchy subject for some people that may have an eating disorder or terrible body image. In this article I am not telling you what you should look like, I am telling you how to get fit which is different for so many people in so many different ways. You are all beautiful and never forget that.
  • What you should eat
  • So you may be asking yourself why should I care if I am healthy or not. Well their are a few risks that come with being unhealthy. This includes Osteoarthritis, higher risk of heart disease, higher blood pressure etc. Well if you are young or old and are unhealthy in could be detrimental, you may not see your grand-kids, you may not even get married because you died from being unhealthy.
  • Thank you so much
  • Basically if you want to assess your fitness a good way to do that is by running a few tests. You have options such as the curl up test, the push-up test, beep test and so much more. You should also time your runs.
  • I'm not telling you that you cant have sugar no that crazy. Everyone loves sugar so it wouldn't be fair. You should just have a balanced meal with all of the food groups. Their is a website that you can look up for meal plans, and it'll help you cook them as well.
  • I hoped you enjoyed my article. Next week come back for a juicy story on how to select physical activities. Thank you so much and remember when you look in the mirror say something positive.
