Emmett runs into the strange man and makes "The Deal"

He wakes up in the hospital and thinks "The Deal" was just a dream.
Climax
They gave him another chance and the custodian died witch proved "The Deal" was true.
Resolution
The president wants him to play but he is afraid that his music would kill the president but no one died.
That morning everyone who heard him play was dead.
He made another deal, if were to play alone the man would bring everyone back.
