  • Siddharta Gautama was born a prince in Nepal (563 bc). His father was king. A fortuneteller said Sidd could become a king or a religious leader. The king tried to guide his son to become a future king.
  • When Siddarta was a kid he was not able to see any of the peasant due to his father wanting him to become a future king and not to mess around and become a religious leader. Siddarta was never allowed outside without the guards. Every time people were coming there way over to the future king the guards quickly shooed them away making sure that he doesn't feel pain watching them suffer.
  • Im the Budda! 
  • Siddharta was 29 years old and decided to leave the palace without any guards. He was soon shocked when he saw a dead body, a deceased man, a family crying near the dead body. All of the life started to die inside him.
  • "What are you then?"
  • "I am awake"
  • Siddharta cut off all his hair and traded his rich clothes for a yellow robe. Soon he became an Ascetic and Gurus taught him about salvation or escape. Sidd was not happy yet. Side went self-denial for 5 years until he fainted, a women soon gave him milk and rice which he ate in enjoyment, and Ascetics soon abandoned him. He walked to a tree to meditate a couple days.
  • *Meditates*
  • Siddharta meditated for 49 days and saw his future and past. He started to understand the cycle of life and death. Siddharta has soon reached Enlightenment (A state of perfect wisdom) and became the Budda.
  • After 45 years pasted Siddharta traveled across the world and went past few people, some people stopped by and asked "Are you a god" Sidd would answer with simply "No" then they would ask "What are you then" Siddharta would answer with "I am alive."
