Charlemagne was a king who was born in the year 748. He lived in Europe during the middle ages.
Choosing to Act
Charlemagne unified western Europe and promoted Christianity. Pope Leo III made him king.
Without Charlemagne, the church would have had much less power, and the king have much more power, which would prevent the fall of feudalism.
Charlemagne chose to act because he was couragous and he wanted to deepen spiritual life.
Something the world can learn from Charlemagne is that if we want something to happen, we need to take action.
Something you can learn from Charlemagne is that if you are couragous and kind, you will most likely be successful.
