- Two o’ clock. Tom.
- Andy what time is it?
- After Andy and Tom poisoned the fish, their father found in the Duvitches bucket of fish a half bar of soap, so he want them to coin the fish and bass, (61 fish and 12 bass). Now the father wants them to fish them all their fish back including the bass. So Andy and Tom spend hours, day and night in a hot July sun, hunger, and mosquitoes.
- Will you shake hands with the boys?
- When Dad drove the car to the Duvitches house Andy and Tom felt guilty for what they’ve done. When arriving at their house Mr, Duvitch was sitting in front so when he saw they repay him with the bucket, Mr, Duvitch broke down. After that Mr, Duvitch invited them to a fish fry with the Duvitch family.
- When everyone in the neighborhood hood saw what the father did to The Duvitches they followed the father’s lead and if the Duvitches good enough for the father their good enough for them, so they accepted him and joined the father. Since they accepted them the Duvitches has a gift for all of them. Their is 4 gifts they give, the first is the Mrs, Duvitch giving nursing, the younger Duvitches gave dancing, David (the older son) gave music, and Mr, Duvitch gave wisdom.
