  • Johnny asked the police captain where is their warrant he said he does not need one. This violates the fourth amendment"Gov can't search your private things without a good reason.
  • We don't need one

  • If you don't get a jury it will violate the 6th amendment because this protects our right for a jury.
  • Johnny was not found guilty but he got arrested for the same thing and this violates the 5th amendment because you can't try twice for the same crime.
  • I want to ask my neighbor he will tell you
  • Not being allowed to question prosecution's witnesses violates the 6th amendment where someone on the trail has the right to confront witnesses.

  • You will have 5 years of maximum security prison.
  • The punishment that Johnny is receiving is 5 years of maximum prison did not fit for what he did and this violates the 8th amendment.
