Storyboard Text

  • How would you make an example of Newton's first law?
  • Let's say there is a pie on top of the counter it will stay there until somebody moves it somewhere else
  • Newton's First Law: If a object is at rest it will stay at rest unless a force interferes
  • Newton's 2nd law: The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object or F=ma
  • What is an example of Newton's 2nd Law?
  •  When you push a cart that's empty its easy but when you push a full cart its harder to push
  • And Finally, what is an example of Newton's third law?
  • Like if you jump into a pool the reaction is you get wet
  • Very good guys now I know you understand Newton's Laws of Motion
  • Newton's 3rd Law: For every action there's an equal or opposite reaction
