  • The Upper Class
  • The Upper-Middle Class
  • The Middle-Lower Class
  • The upper class consists of few but very wealthy individuals. Most are born into the class and have inherited their money through generations of wealth. Those within the class usually have lots of influence and power.
  • The Working Class
  • The upper-middle class consists of mostly high income business people and professionals. Usually have an advanced education level and are career oriented.
  • The Working Poor Class
  • The middle lower class consists of living comfortable but work hard to keep it. They keep white collar jobs which do not include manual labor.
  • The Underclass
  • The working class consists of workers performing manual labor in the work force. Some of these jobs happen to make more money than the middle lower class but are considered less prestigious
  • The working poor class consists of difficult jobs with small salaries. It's predicted that most within the class have bare minimum education, and the lowest jobs within this class are seasonal ones. Many within the class also rely on government programs.
  • The underclass consists of families who have had unemployment and poverty over several generations. The primary source of income is from public assistance and live a day to day struggle.
