- Once upon a time there was a ruler named Bloria who was the leader of Blueville. She loved the way her and her people looked at Blueville. She hated when the green people came into Blueville. Bloria believed her people were superior to all other citizens.
- In schools the teachers taught using strong socialism and indoctrination. The teachers told the children that they must support ruler Bloria and they must obey her at all times. At a very young age everyone was taught that all people who were blue and from Blueville were superior.
- Bloria enforced a police state in Blueville. It was controlled by a political police force that secretly supervised the citizens' activities. If citizens were not obeying Bloria they would be taken away.
- Bloria spread mass media propaganda and promoted extreme nationalism. Soon everyone conformed to Bloria's rules and laws without quarrel.
- Bloria regulated every aspect of the lives of its citizens to have total control and conquer the Totalitarian Dictatorship
- Bloria checks off all of the totalitarian conditions.
