You can identify how good or bad your body is doing by your overall wellness. You're overall wellness is how you are doing socially,mentally/emotional and physically.
Being socially well is the ability to understand,interact,and listen to others.Being mentally/emotionally well is having the ability to react to situation in a healthy manner.
Now your physical wellness is a balance of physical activity, correction nutrition, and mental well-being. Basically, you are responsibility for your physical health.
When you are physically well, you can expect longer life expectancy, confidence, strength, healthy bones and even better sleep. Now there's five components to physical activity body fat composition,flexibility,muscular endurance strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Along with that if you are physically active and well you have a lower risk of disease and less depression
The best way to take care of your physical wellness is to make SMART goals. SMART goals stand for goals that are: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
Your overall wellness is how well you are doing socially, mentally/emotionally, and physically. The best way to be responsible for your physical wellness is by setting SMART goals for yourself. Goals that you will and plan on accomplishing.
