  • The burning of the White House - August 1814
  • Tippecanoe- November 1811
  • York- April 1813
  • Winner: Great Britain   Result: The British are able to destroy most of Washington D.C as revenge for the Americans burning of York (Toronto).
  • Bladensburg- August 1814
  • Winner: Great Britain Result: Native americans allied with Britain which resulted in Britain having great success in the Great Lakes region.
  • Fort McHenry- September 1814
  • Winner: U.S  Result: Boosted American morale and caused attempts to get in to Canada, to continue.
  • New Orleans- January 1815
  • Winner: Great Britain Result: It was an embarrassing defeat, lots of destruction in Washington D.C.
  • Winner: U.S Result: British head for New Orleans, this battle takes a big part in deciding to create a peace agreement.
  • Winner: U.S Result: Winning sent Jackson down a good road to being celebrated and a president.
