Storyboard Text

  • Eventually we turn back to water because it's so cold! BRR!! Then we stick to a dust particle. Right now we are hanging on to Danny Dust This processes is called condensation, and condensation is what makes clouds!
  • I'M STUCK!! AHHH!!
  • It's OK! We'll fall down soon!
  • Hi! I'm Danny Dust!
  • Uh Oh. I don't want to fall down! We're really high up!
  • Remember how I told you that evaporation is how water rises into the air? Well, there's another way, and it's called transpiration.
  • Transpiration is when water from plants rises into the air through little mouth like holes in the plants leaves. Then the water rises into the air and condenses into clouds.
  • Eventually we get too heavy for the cloud to hold us and we fall as precipitation.
  • DON'T LOOK DOWN!!!
  • AHHH! I'M FALLINGGG!!!
  • Once we fall back down, we hope to land in another body of water. Because the wind carries the clouds, the chances of me landing in the same body of water as before is slim. But I love my new river!
  • AND THAT'S THE END OF OUR JOURNEY! THANKS FOR COMING ALONG ON OUR ADVENTURE!
