  • You're getting fined 20 dollars for stealing that bag of chips.
  • Amendment 9
  • I work in the government and your not allowed to work here you have to work as a construction worker.
  • What? That's not fair.
  • This amendment allows you to ask for a jury to decide a case if a person is suing another for more than $20 and whatever a jury decides in a case is final, unless the jury is found to have broken the law. In the scene above it shows a person suing another person.
  • Amendment 10
  • This amendment allows you to bail someone out of jail but the bail has to be set at a fair price. It also fines you for small crimes and no one can be punished in a way that would be considered brutal, torture, or unfair. In the scene above it shows a man getting fined for stealing a bag of ships.
  • This amendment protects your rights that are no listed in amendments 1-8. This amendment also doesn't allow the government to take away any of our daily rights and freedoms. In the scene above it shows a worker from the government forcing someone to work somewhere the person doesn't want to.
  • This amendment protects the power of state and local governments and any power not given to the US government by the constitution goes to the states, and then to the people. In the scene above it shows the governments power to tax people and other things taken away.
  • How are we supposed to help the people if we have no money.
  • The government isn't allowed to tax anything anymore.
