  • My physical health improvement plan:To improve my physical health and attitude about life, I am going to stop watching TikTok at night because it prevent me from getting a good night of sleep. From now on, I plan to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
  • My mental health improvement plan: Having a lot of school work to do causes stress for me. When I get stressed I tend to just cry but to improve my mental health I will stop procrastinating my work. When I do have a lot of work, I will handle the stress by taking breaks and working at a steady pace.
  • My social health improvement plan:When I get angry, I take out anger by getting mad at my parents. I don't try to do it and I always feel bad after, but I need to control it more. Whenever I get mad at my parents, I will look at what they do for me and what risks they make everyday to benefit my life. I will also apologize for ever being mean to them.
