- The Exposition
- The Rising Action
- This storyboard is showing the events in "The Call of The Wild" starting from exposition and ending at the resolution. This story is about Buck (a dog) adapting to environments and overcoming scary events.
- The Climax
- In this scene, Buck is confronted by the wild and learns to adapt to its harsh conditions. Such as food, warmth, and shelter.
- The Falling Action
- At this part of the book, Buck does not think Spitz should continue to be the alpha of their group. Buck decides to fight Spitz for the title "Alpha" after a long battle Buck kills Spitz.
- The Resolution
- The climax of the story is when Buck is out hunting for food and his pack gets killed by wild Indians. Buck was not there to protect his pack but gets revenge.
- After Buck's pack is killed he ventures off into the wilderness to follow a call. When he suddenly finds another dog, no a wolf. Both Buck and the wolf are shy but end up becoming a part of their pack.
- The resolution consists of Buck joining the pack of wolves and now he follows with his pack and is considered a wolf.
