Storyboard Text

  • Crisp and early in the morning, the students at Roosevelt Elementary School boarded the school bus.
  • Single file! The zoo will not hesitate to start the tour without us!
  • All the kids here don't want me to be in a group with them. They all think I'm too slow to keep up.
  • Talia sat alone at the front of the bus as her classmates loaded the bus.
  • The class arrived after a short bus ride. Talia stood alone. Still, no one would let her in their group.
  • Bathroom's this way Timmy.
  • I don't want to be alone!
  • Wait up! Don't leave me!
  • Talia sat under a tree feeling sad and like she didn't fit in, when she was approached by a girl in her class she had never really noticed.
  • ROAR!
  • Sure!
  • Err - um, hi. I'm Shannon. I noticed you don't have a group, and I don't either, so I was wondering if you want to pair up?
  • The girls were having a good time, when they approached a boy from their class sitting on a rock near the rhino enclosure. They approached him.
  • My group left me behind! I have no one to be with. I'm Ryan by the way.
  • Join our group! It's just the two of us. We were alone too, so we know how it feels. This trip can still end up being fun.
  • The group enjoyed the rest of their zoo visit. They were so glad to have each other to share it with.
